80 As an Maintenance Engineer you will operate, repair and maintain physical plant as well as other hospital equipment/systems in a safe cost effective and industry accepted manner.
You will assure a safe and reliable environment in which to provide medical services.
The Maintenance Engineer implements and evaluates department goals, objectives, and policies and procedures.
Involves staff in the process to achieve high levels of employee engagement.
Actively works to create and grow a culture of safety where staff feel empowered to speak up and are actively engaged in processes to improve patient safety.
